I have to use this thing for work and this is the 3rd week I haven't been able to get past the loading screen It works fine when it does but Often it doesn't

So not user friendly. Many issues too many to list. Spent a whole day trying to get issues fixed.
Continuously crashes
Had no huge problems with working through this app. Synch regularly to work through Op's downloads for each visit.
It stalls before before I can sign in.
